Hi we are playing on PC. We both have the game from steam.

Apologies on the delay, to confirm have we tried the following?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
If this continues to confirm are you game sharing on Steam or using separate accounts?

Thanks for the additional information. If the steps above don't help change this we can also try the following if you have not:
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
If this continues, would it be possible to get the following information?
Would it be possible to get more information on this?
- Platform:
- Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- Is anything else happening?
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

We tried everything and it didn't work.
We have separate accounts.
I have the same issue. I can invite my friend, but he is infinitely loading when he accepts.
We both run the game on the EA app. We have tried all the steps, but it is still not working.
Not able to join the session from either of the side
We have the same problem. My friend bought this game from steam one month ago, and we have been trying to play remote for a month. I can accept the invitation on EA app, but the game always stuck in the loading screen with a yellow circle. PLEASE HELP US!!!
Is this problem fixed?
Same problem for me,I cannot join my friend and viceversa.We are stuck in an infinite loading screen.I tried running as admin and multiple other fixes still doesn't work.EA fix the issue please >(
