I bought a digital copy of the full version of It takes two on my nintendo switch and my partner has the friend pass downloaded (also on a nintendo switch). We keep trying but we’ve been unable to connect to each other through the Play Online feature. Whenever we invite each other and attempt to join we keep getting the error “Your account settings has changed. Please connect again now. Result Code: 105-80190000” Please help ☹️ It’s been days and we haven’t been able to play the game at all.

We are having the same problem. We deleted the cache and we still get the same system error. I’m a bit concerned that this game is a scam

I am still experiencing the same issue! We reset our cache multiple times, I’ve disconnected/reconnected our EA/Nintendo accounts (which I now apparently can’t do again for several months according to your website) and still no help. please please please report the bug so a patch can be made! clearly enough people are having the issue over the last several years.

Hi @ness568 ,

Here is a step that helped other players wih the same issue: change the date and time of your console to "Synchronise via Internet", then clear your console's cache and restart it:

Open System Settings on the HOME Menu

Then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache.

Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions.

I bought this game almost 2 years ago and have the same error 105-80190000 and cannot connect online to play. I tried the “fix” it didn’t work. EA games please fix this.

Are you guys still experiencing this issue? If so, are you all playing on Nintendo Switch?

We've been seeing more recent reports and hopefully we should have enough examples to raise this bug to the studio, but I want to make sure this is still happening for you.

Yes, I am having this issue.
We are both on Nintendo Switches
I bought the game and they are using the friend’s pass
After a few tries, I get past the “account information has changed…” error
When I invite them, they cannot get past that error
We have tried all of the troubleshooting steps on this forum (and others)
Please let us know if you can help!
