A Way Out - stuck at loading screen.

Spoiler
After a cutscene when the gunrunner contacts Harvey,

the game cuts to a ”loading”-screen and just stops working. Ruined our weekend. ☹️

    I figured out an easy way to fix this that worked for me. I was playing online with a friend and we had this issue and what I ended up doing is going on local and hooking up two controllers. Then get past the part that wouldn't load and on local it loaded right away for me. Then go back to online and start it again. Worked for me.

    I'm encountering this issue, but work around is not helpful or easy. Once I start the game and connect locally, I need to get through the level successfully. If I die then my computer crashes and I need to reboot, over and over I have tried. I am surprised this crash is still happening 2 years later.  Any further suggestions?

    Me and my buddy were trying to play and got stuck on the loading screen when trying to join each others game. i repaired my game in the EA app which seemed to work. we can now join each others game.

    Where to find repair option ? and i am getting the same loading issue when i invite my friend they're getting the invite but the issue is after accepting the invite it stuck in the loading screen and never actually get loads the only solution i saw is to play locally and complete the chapter 1
