A way out crashing after couple minutes

Me and my friend bought the game to play together however his game keeps crashing after a couple of minutes. Mind you the game worked totally until we finished the bridge crossing. Then it started cr...

When your friend has a moment can they try the following?

  1. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
  2.  Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
  3. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
  4. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
  5. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

None of those worked he already tried re installing all GPU drivers updated his bios re installed the game multiple times tried switching from HDD to SSD verified game files milion of times nothing seems to fix it permanently only for a short time.
