A WAY OUT LOST PROGRESS

Hi. Yes of course. I am so sorry as I thought I had put this info in. It is a new ROG ISUS high powered gaming laptop PC. Because we wanted to play the other day, we started back at the sdtart but I would love to know what happened as my wife was not happy to say the least so if it happens again, i may be asble to solve it. This may be helpful informartion as well. As I have the 3 subscriptions, I tried booting up the game from all 3 sites to see if this made a difference and it did not. The EA site, showed and still does show the game play hours correctly but as mentioned, the game needed to start from the start again. Also, when I start the game, for some reason it opens 2 games and I ALT TAB to shut down the other copy although I do not need too as we can still play one copy leaving the other copy sitting in the background. I think the problem "smells" like it has (had) something to do with the 2 copies being openned although as mentioned, I could not get any copy reflecting our game play nop matter which of the 3 apps I started from. Although I have spent money on games (F1.22 and Wreckfeast) where I purchased from the XBOX app, I am happy to end XBOX subscription and just have EA and STEAM if you think this will help. Thanks for confirming and providing the additional details!
Having the game launch twice might be causing a save issue, Can you confirm if the game is installed on both clients (Steam and EA App) as this could result in a confliction and we would want to uninstall all but one of the copies.
