A way out takes up to 25 minutes to start it executeable

A way out takes 15+ minutes to start up. I have not had this issue with any other games. Drivers are up to date, DXDIag has been checked against previous topics. No resolve from any solutions in tho...

    Heya @TayTTV

    have you tried repairing the game yet? If yes, do you have it on a SSD? Do you have any controllers or extra USB Devices/Programms running that could slow down the start?

    If this doesnt help, can you please provide a dxdiag so i can take a closer look into your problem?

Now its not even starting. This is ridiculous. Ive done every step provided up to the horrible CC cleaner fix and its still not working.
