A Way Out unable to connect on PS4/PS5 servers

A way out Play online on doesn't work for me please help I'm on ps5 playing ps4 version and I just bought the game

    Would it be possible to get more information on this?

     

    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
    • Which platform are you on?
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • Do you own A Way Out, or access it via a subscription? 
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

    We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.
