A way out Vincent ending soundtrack

I loved this game so much, it had such a unique gameplay and thrilling story to it. 

While i was looking for the music, i cant really find the part of the vincent ending while he was telling the news to Linda about Leo. That song really got to me and i wondered if it has ever been released or known what the title is?
