Account Issues

I cannot access online features for Wild Hearts. It says my account credentials have expired. I have reset my my password and veried my email 3 times now. Even on my mobile device, I cannot login via linking my xbox, due to this, and am in an infinite loop of just resetting my password & going back to square 1

    HI @90aff4e45bae8015 I would recommend reaching out to our support to take a further look at your EA account.

    • Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance

    @EA_Illium I clicked the link, but it keeps taking me to "self-help," in which does not address my issue at all. How can I get with an agent? I don't do social media, so the twitter thing is not an option for me.

    Same problem here. Absolutely infuriating to be paying this much for a game and to have things like this happen

    @90aff4e45bae8015 @11a6096037d76208 If you are not able to get to an advisor for this, try the following steps. A lot of times it won't give you the option to chat or phone depending on the choices you made

    - Set your region to the United States region or another English native region

    - Make sure you are logged out of the website - this is the most important one because it will try to throw you in a case or email

    - Can't log into the account? Fill in a fake email or a different email than on the account when asked for a name and email. Once connected, you will get the right act pulled up anyways

    - Fill in manage my account -> can't log in or hacked account even if it's not the reason. 
    If the options chosen don't give you the chat feature, swap out the options you chose. Most options with I can't log in or access act will give you the chat option.
