Adding cross platform friends from Steam

So I’ve tried adding numerous people outside of steam including origin and Xbox and I can’t play with any of them as the only people who show up on the friends list are those on Steam. Is there is a fix to this that anyone has figured out?

    i Think you can add them with the Id in the option menu / Game , When you go on add friend / create a group you have "search friend by id" (sorry english not my main langage)
