An Unreal process has crashed: UE-P3
I believe that EA Help through email has given up. They've started telling me to do things that I've already done or to look at troubleshooting pages that only have things I've already tried. Their last suggestion is to post here.
Error Message: An Unreal process has crashed: UE-P3
Full error message at the end.
Currently it is crashing when I try to start it, then if I have it report and restart it allows me to load the game but then crashes after moving forward for 15 seconds or so. Initially it was crashing on starting. Then it was crashing on shaders. Then it was crashing on loading the save file. The error message is: "An Unreal process has crashed: UE-P3".
Troubleshooting I have tried:
Deleting the P3 directory.
Turning off cloud saves.
Turning off the VPN.
Turning on airplane mode, restarting my computer, starting the game, turning off airplane mode, loading the save, crashes.
Turning on airplane mode, restarting my computer, starting the game, loading the save, turning off airplane mode, crashes.
Turning on airplane mode, restarting my computer, starting the game, loading the save, crashes.
I have verified my installation.
My system exceeds the system requirements.
I have updated my drivers.
I have tried different in-game settings.
I am not overclocking.
I am not getting VC++ runtime package errors nor .dll errors.
I tried cleaning the cache.
I have completed all the troubleshooting on this page:
