Bug Report: Master Puzzler Trophy not unlocking

I have recently completed the game twice, once with all collectibles and a second run to just aim for this achievement and this has failed on both occasions. Is there any fix for this bug and a potential for the achievement to look for the completion of the previous puzzle achievements? 

It seems a little unfair that after 2 playthroughs and around 18hrs of play I cant complete the game "fully".
