Unravel game not working
I purchased unravel game but it didn't start black screen came and nothing happen after. my laptop is DELL-5570-I7-8G. I tryed to install c++ redestribution but didn't work. i attach my VGA info screen shot and last appered screen white run the game
Hey @bemaldvanitha I would recommend going through the following troubleshooting steps to see if we can get the game running.
- Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Clear Origin Cache
- Repair
- Disable Origin in-game overlay and any other running overlay
If you continue having issues would it be possible to get a full DxDiag?
