Buying the game after trial with EA play
Hi guys, I'm playing right now with EA Play Pro, got past the gates and all, everything is fine. My friend got to the gates of minato with Ea Play classic and got stuck as it is only a demo for him ...
@Redonq @Creamya77 I have some steps that should help with this. Some work better than others but I've seen quite a few people say they work.
These I have seen help as well
- Verify the game files
- Use Origin to launch the game
- Reload the EA App page
- Uncheck Administrator in EA App .exe, if already unchecked then try launching the EA app as an administrator C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop - C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\EA
- Run EA App Recovery as administrator
- Delete the game exe
- Go to install location delete the game .exe (first keep the .exe somewhere else), open EA App, and click on download, this will take a few seconds to download the .exe, now launch the game
- If installed the game on Steam, then uninstall the Steam version of the game and then reinstall the game from EA App
- Uninstall the EA app using a safe program of your choice that will not only clean out cached files but your registry as well
- Uninstall and reinstall the game which is giving the error
