Can’t play multiplayer in it takes two

Hey I’m having a hard time right now and there’s something wrong with it takes two we’re I can’t join anybody and I think I might be linked into a ea account result code 401-6d

PLEASE can someone help I have done everything. Changed password, un-installed re installed. Shut down 30sec, where is the support is there no one who has come up with a solution. If not how do you get a refund
