Can not launch Wild Hearts on PC anymore

Community AdminCould there be any secuirty software other that the windows one? The slow motion is strange and rare, but when things like this do pop up, there's usually a security aspect to it.
I assume slowmo persists when playing windowed?
If you're playing windowed and open the task manager, can you see if anyhing is spiking up in resource use?
@EA_David I do use Webroot SecureAnywhere which does seem to become active when Wild Hearts is open. So that might be it though at the moment I don't have access to the admin tools for the program.
