Can you and your friend check your Origin profiles for anything that might be blocking you at your account page? If you continue to have issues also try checking your Steam privacy settings as well.

It's still not working.
I have 2 EA accounts. Fdabombe and Fdabombe1. I can't invite the second account as a friend, and all the settings are as they should be.
Can you please look into this properly and tell me why I can't invite my other account as a friend.
Do we have to tick the box for targeted advertising, and third party advertising?

@Fdabombe if you are referring to the link that goes to the EA account if I go on it I see my own profile with my email address so don't be alarmed that your email address is visible by other if you don't want to because it's not.
As for your problem did you use the same email address for both your accounts ? because that would be like trying to invite yourself...
No, different emails, different user names.
