Can't get to second floor (PC)

After finishing chapter 2 blockade on the elevator is broken but I still can't enter the second floor. The elevator begins to go up, but after a while it turns back down.

    Hi

    Thanks for your response.

    I tried to fix a game many times before my question here but it didn't help.

    Today I fixed it again and I am on a second floor.

    I will let you know if there will be a problem with a third floor 🙂

    Hi @bluecapricorn90,

    Welcome to the forums!

    That is really weird behaviour - you are pushing to the right, and not doing anything else after, right?

    Have you already tried to repair your game? Just to make sure everything is installed as it should. You can select the repair option on Origin, right clicking on the game in your Origin Library.

    It will check the game files, and if it finds anything wrong, it will download the corrupt files again.

    Unfortunately I still have the same problem.

    I planned to start a chapter on a second floor today and can't get there.

    I fixed a game three times and it didn't help.

    This seems like a random bug.

    Please help me.

    In two-player mode the elevator does not go up to the second floor. Changing to single player mode I have not had any problems.

    Spanish:
    En el modo de dos jugadores el ascensor no sube al segundo piso. Cambiando al modo un jugador no hay problema.

    I have fixed many time, but i can't go up on the second floor.

    Go in to single player without a second player and it will allow you to go up to the second floor.
