Can't use character properly after The Hand of Sandrakk cutscene

Hi, anyone having problems after caldera cut scene when pursuing the hand of sandrak, my jump shoot and run stop working, have reset the computer and not sure what else to do. Thanks CM edit: edit...

I'm having the same issue where I can't use any ability at all after the cutscene, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, checked the integrity of the files and restarted computer and even restarted the chapter and it always ends up the same way that once Thaddeus starts talking my abilities stop working and they dont work at all after the cutscene ends
