Chapter 2 - unable to animate glyph

Hello 

I am having issues within chapter 2 Magnus I am currently on the animate glyph I have tried everything but it does not work I am not able to animate the glyph can anyone provide any help with this please I have tried restarting chapter 2 and still not working 

@f46e9841b9c42a2eCan you give alittle more detail. I and a number of others I’ve seen had no issues earlier and I/they play on PS5.

So basically on the chapter 2 Magnus the part with the animate the glyph I am holding the button down required but the statue doesn’t move at all so therefore I am unable to get across. I don’t know whether I am doing it correctly but I’ve tried everything and the glyph just doesn’t seem to animate 

@f46e9841b9c42a2eAre you using the left stick to pull the statue towards you? Also can’t remember but I think you have to hold Down 2 buttons. It you press the touch pad…

on the top menu. You can get a description and small vid on how to use animate

Did this issue get resolved, because I am stuck in the same place.  TY
