Controller Problem-A Way Out

I am trying to play with a controller and a keyboard for A Way Out. The problem I am having is that the controller is controlling both players. I purchased the game through EA. I am not running steam...

Hey,

I tried what you said as well as communicating with someone from EA via email. I still have not been given a solution
