Crashing during online

So i have this problem since launch/since i play the game but everytime someone joins during a hunt during online play my game freezes and eventually closes itself.

I cant even open the game anymore since i get some pop-up saying something about not being in sync anymore and launching my game will have the possibilty to lose my progress.

I says to launch and maybe lose progress or try again after 5min but even after 5min i get the same problem.

Anyone know something to avoid those crashes ?

    Hi @c0_0ky2 Apologies to confirm when joining someone (or being joined) if you move at all the game crashes but if you don't interact with Wild Hearts you can avoid crashing.

    We can try the following steps to see if they help avoid this in the future.

    I’m facing a serious issue in EA Sports FC 26 on my PS5 (Online Seasons mode).

    No matter which team I pick — for example Bayern Munich — the game always loads a completely different match. It first showed LA Galaxy vs LA FC, and after I changed my preferred home stadium to Real Madrid’s, it now loads Real Madrid instead.

    After kickoff, the game crashes back to the PS5 home screen every time.

    I already reinstalled the game, tried multiple teams, changed networks, and made sure both my PS5 and game are fully updated

    It seems the server assigns the wrong team or stadium ID during matchmaking, possibly a Los Angeles region cache or mapping bug.

    Please investigate or escalate this issue.

    I will try that but doubt its nessesary now since the update of March 27th the game is literally unplayable for me.

    Stable fps yet its a slideshow.

    When booting up the game the first loadingscreen loads with a whopping 1 fps.

    Once the performance issues are fixed and i can play again i will try what you suggested.

    I play it via Steam on my computer.

    The initial online play in the first, lets say,  10 seconds its best for me to literally stand there afk because when i am joining someone or someone is joining me i go from Wild Hearts to Powerpoint. Once the join is over i can play again without any issues.
