Crashing on initial load - Console

Just downloaded the game on Xbox one and when I hit A to initialize the game it crashes at step 6 of 11 every time. Cleared my cache and uninstalled and reinstalled already not sure what else to try....

Any word from the EA technical team regarding this issue? I'm sure everyone here is happy to help if you guys need more information from us 

Platform, region, etc.

Just don't leave us in the dark please

Hello everyone! Sorry to see that you're having issues with Rocket Arena crashing on console

So just for something to try nice and quickly and see if it makes a difference can you a try a full power cycle of the console to see if that will help.

If you're unsure how to do that I will include steps for you to follow below.

For PS4

-Completely turn off the PS4 by holding the power button.

-Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the PS4 system for 20 minutes.

-Reconnect the PS4 system and turn it on.

For Xbox One

    @EA_Rtas Yes I have tried this still no luck. Also tried uninstalling and re installing the re updating still nothing

      And is the game installed internal or external hard drive?

        error ce-34878-0 Which according to PlayStation is just saying the game has crashed and the only suggested action is make sure the console and game are both up to date which both are.

    I’m also having the same issues on ps4 where trying to connect to lobby it crashes the whole game.

    Have tried this a few times and it still after the load screen 'press any button to start' it freezes on 6/11 connecting to lobby then dashboards. I have tried on multiple Internet connections and I'm still getting the same crash at the same point.

    I bought the standard game straight from the Microsoft store and I live in the UK - London.

    @EA_Rtas Hello i tried everything i hard reset my Xbox, uninstall and Install the Game Like the 10th time. Clearing the Game Data cache. But nothing works. The Game Crashes in Login step 8/11 "waiting for inventory" maybe there are some issues to Claim the Bonus Content dlc from the pre Order mythic Edition on Xbox.

      Same for me.. it freeze on 8/10 loading screen on.xbox one X. Tried everything but not work

    Always the same problem ... the crash persists! still impossible to play even by reinstalling the latest update of a ps4 system! please make something fast

    I have tried this multiple times as week and uninstalling the game an nothing has seemed to work.

    @EA_Rtas Already tried power cycling and uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times before I posted the issue the game still won't get past step 6 of 11

      I generally dont get upset by launch day bugs, but the fact that I cant even log in to this game to experience bugs is kind of ridiculous.  

      Can we please get an update?  The ea support Twitter is useless because they only respond to people are having problems purchasing the game...which, dare I say, is shocking.

        same problem on ps4 mystic edition. Tried everything. EA support told me to initialize the ps4 because the crash is the ps4 fault. Didn't do anything. The support staff was obviously wrong! >☹️

        please patch this

    Nothing is working and continue to have issues. Ill sync to all platforms but crash before the tutorial. reinstalled and deleted multiple times and no luck

        Can we get an update?    Same problem still going on for quite a bit of people.  Unfair to leave us in the dark.
