Customer service discount codes
I’ve paid for EA play for years and when trying to switch from an Xbox account to a PC account, I was informed by a customer service rep that they have no ability to offer any kind of discounts or promo codes. I am losing out on 10 months of EA play that I paid for and according to EA’s own customer service rep, they have no option of offering any kind of assistance in this matter. I would request that EA as a company reassess this practice and provide their customer service reps with the ability to offer some kind of discount or promo codes for certain instances.
Hey @mwilson859, I would be happy to pass along feedback about moving an EA Play Subscription. One issue we might run into is that the Subscription and which games are available can differ from platform to platform which makes a cross-progression transition harder.
