I own Deluxe Edition through Epic Games PC store, when I access check add-on in-game, it says "No premium content is owned".
Check add-ons tab in EA desktop app and it says "accessed through Epic".
Currently playing chapter 3 at the part where the dragon just dropped you.
Ok, get to the The Forge in Chapter 4 unlocks DLC items, kind of weird there's no mention of this at the game store page.
I bought the Digital Deluxe Edition a week ago through the EA App on PC. The description on EA's website states it comes with the Purified Arclight Sigil. I have got to the forge and all the other Deluxe dlc is there but not the Purified Arclight Sigil. When I check add-on in the game menu I get "No premium content is owned". Can anyone help?
Guess I'll refund and get standard edition instead.

After relaunching and checking if the content appears, If not is this on a new save or NG+?

I tried Repair twice like you suggested but it still shows "No premium content is owned".
This is on a new save file as I just bought the game.
I read on the internet you could only acquire the DLC items at the beginning of chapter 4 - The Forge.
Will play to that point to see, but I guess it has nothing to do with check add-ons.

@EA_Illium I have run the repair and I am still missing the "Purified Arclight Sigil". I am in chapter 4 and at the forge. I have received all the other deluxe edition items but not the Purified Arclight Sigil. Again when I check add-on in the game menu I get "No premium content is owned". Is the Purified Arclight Sigil part of the Deluxe edition as stated on the store page or the pre-order dlc?
