Didn't receive any Reset Email Password for Existing Account

I've made this account just to make this question, since EA help need to login just to chat with supports. It's been a long time since I logged in to my account(not this one), and today I want to ...

    Hey @chrissalim  for this one, you can contact our live support at help.ea.com. To request a chat or open a case through email without logging in: 
     
     

    • Select the EA App 
    • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in 
    • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help 
    • Select Continue without logging in 
    • This should give you the chat/email option
