To confirm what do you have the download rate inside the EA app settings set to?
- Select your avatar (top right) > Settings > Download > Limit Download Rate
You can also see your download rate on the downloading window when installing a game...
Cheers!
Unlimited

By unlimited I meant, yes it was unlimited all times i did it. I also tried to toggle between modes when there was two computers downloading at the same time and when it was the case I stopped being stuck at 2 mbs (only when there is two computers) and went for like 8mbs for a few seconds. I had to pause and repeat the download to achieve that. At this point I'm pretty sure EA just tresholds the download to save money on bandwith. Can you confirm or deny this?

Hey @ShroomyFungus
To confirm we don't have information on available on the servers your downloading from. However to confirm you also have been stuck at 2 Mbps unless you toggle between downloading speeds and using two devices at once?
I've confirmed again today by downloading Apex Legends that you can acheive over 15 Mpbs (I was on the unlimited settings). Would it be possible to test your device using a different network, or a new Windows admin account?
