EA app says " Something went wrong " when i try lunch it takes two from Steam

hello , I have problem with it takes two . on steam when I press play it opens EA app and says " something went wrong " and  to continue linking your EA account , head back and start over "   note :...

    HI @mustafabsraoi If you are unsure of another login that would need to be used you will need to reach out to our support to take a look at your EA account, and which ever account might be linked to Steam. 

    We are unable to look at and assist with account-related issues here on Answers HQ.

@mustafabsraoi Based on the information you've shared it would seem the Steam account is linked on a different EA Account, in which case we would need to sign into the correct account.

I don’t know the EA account that i linked steam with , So how do i know it and can you unlink steam account ? I can prove any thing if you want ,
