Hey @trademarc420
Don't need to refund yet, let's do some troubleshooting first. 😉
100% understandable you are frustrated you cannot play the game.
First things first, the age on your son's account above 13 years.
The game is rated for teens (age 13+) so make sure that is the case.
After you verified that the account age is above 13.
Try some connection troubleshooting/opening ports.
You can find a full troubleshooting guide in the link below:

Let me know if this worked!
I’m not sure what your talking about, my sons account is my account. We game share. He’s never had an issue in the last 5 years playing any day games. He logs into apex no problem.
i have two connected Xbox live accounts on my EA profile. And it’s says under household 1 adult.
anyways none of these things will help. I’m just going to delete game.

Hey @trademarc420
You need 2 different EA account to play together, that's why your son is getting that error message.
You cannot be logged in, in the same session with the same account.
If you create an EA account for your son and link it to an Xbox account you should have no issues.- 4 years ago
We’re playing a way out right now

So what’s going to happen to all his ea games if I create him one? He’s been game sharing with me for years and like I said we can play apex at the same time and we’re playing a way out which is the same as it takes two. My ea account has mine and his Xbox lives connected. Ho3 can I make him an account when his gamer tag is already on my EA account? Wha5 will happen to his games?

Can you also explain how we’re able to play A WAY OUT and apex together already?
- 4 years ago@trademarc420 Nobody can explain this, including EA. They had me refresh my Mac address and when that didn't the lady told me the error code didn't exist and to contact my internet provider. I also have been getting advice from this same guy, the port suggestion doesn't work. None of the suggestions do. I was dumb enough to buy my own copy, didn't work. I'm not even game sharing or anything, have had are own ( way above 13+ lol) Ea accounts for, well, decades. My wife and I have never had any type of joining issue like this. Someone really needs to look into this and give a concrete answer that works. I would be satisfied if EA said "hey, we blew it. Nothing we can do." At least then I would know and realize I'm stuck using the ( what is now horrible option lol so spoiled ) dreaded split screen.
