Try these steps, thanks.
- Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
- Try the troubleshooting at this link - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Immortals-of-Aveum/Immortals-Keeps-Crashing-when-opening-skill-tree-or-map/m-p/13157838#M562
These steps did not help, and I am still encountering the issue. I have no overlclocks, the lastest freshly installled nvidia drivers, and I will crash with the same error whenever I try to get into a save game.
I'm playing several other AAA titles for hours on end without issue. I was excited for this game. Really unfortuante I can't get passed these crashes.

My error is a little different, but can't get more than 5 mins of play without it crashing:
Fatal error: [File:Unknown] [Line: 868] CurrentQueue.Device->GetDevice()->GetDeviceRemovedReason() failed at D:\Jenkins\GAME-Ascendant-Hardening_Build\Engine\Source\Runtime\D3D12RHI\Private\D3D12Submission.cpp:910 with error 887A0006
DXDIAG attached.
Thanks for any help.

I get a crash after holding F on the hover vehicle and watching the loading screen. This happens every time and I've tried repairing and reinstalling the game multiple times.
