[Asking for Information]

Hey Everyone, 

Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with Immortals of Aveum, If you are still getting a crash message while playing and have not so far let us know the following information. 

 

  • Platform (or client):
  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
  • Are you getting an error message?
  • Does this happen at a specific point when launching or playing IoA?
  • How long are you playing until this happens?
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
  • If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

  • Are you getting an error message? just a UE5 crash report
  • Does this happen at a specific point when launching or playing IoA? This happens every time after the loading screen after getting on the hovercraft during the Travel to Palathon part
  • How long are you playing until this happens? N/A
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... no screen shot, just sent to desktop
  • If on PC, please share a DXDiag and an EA app

    also tried all of the recommended stuff above like clearing cache, didn't help.
