    Hey @5f7cb2718472083a Can we check the following first?

    • Ensure the game is not being run as admin
    • Try going to C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\KoeiTecmo\WILD HEARTS folder after closing the game.
      • Make a backup of it just in case, then go and delete the SYSTEMSAVEDDATA folder (Not the entire Wild Hearts folder), and launch the game

    I did so, but other than a few extra steps to reselect settings at start up, the same things happened. No connection to EA servers, same error code, same long loading screens. Tried starting through both EA app and Steam.

    EDIT: I am no longer seeing the error code 2717908995 pop up anymore however. It is just the general error that pops up stating that I'm "Unable to connect to EA Servers" and then it gives recommendations.

      So deleting that folder initiates the start up options at the beginning of game launch and essentially eliminates the first loading screen. After the first load in to the game however, I'm still getting the same error code 2717908995 whenever I start a mission or load into an area for the first time. It is not a permanent fix.
