Error code upon launch of Unravel

Error code upon launch of Unravel  Invalid license Reason code = missing DLL [MSVCP110.dll] Error: 0x7E Windows 11 pc

I have installed both files prior to asking for help.  I did restart my computer afterwards.

    Got the same error since last week. And no fix so far.
