Unable to Connect to EA Servers

It Takes Two:

Play Online:

"Unable to Connect to EA servers please check your Internet connection and try again please see ea.com/unable-to-Connect for more information result code: 102-800d0000."

Platform PC

Confirmed router settings & added port forwarding per portforward.com instructions. EA App & Steam online and updated. No issues with any other games. It Takes Two server status is up.

Only advice I have found on this result code applies to X-Box.

Reached out to EA via contact us, but have yet to hear back.

  • Hello @EA_Illium,

    Thanks for the reply.

First, I would like to say that I apologize for creating a second post for the same issue. For whatever reason, I was not able to see this original post at that time. You can close or delete that post as necessary.

Second, I tried all of the listed steps below to no avail.

Upon further troubleshooting I turned off my wi-fi, and I was able to connect. I run Killer "Double Shot" that allows simultaneous wi-fi and ethernet connections. With one connection disabled, I am now able to connect.

    Thank you for the assistance.

Hi @5zzov55ekaay Can we try the following steps once you have a moment and check if this continues?

    Spoiler
    • EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
    • Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
      • EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
      • EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
      • Steam - Verify in your library
    • Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
    • Install/Repair your VC++ files for ITT
    • Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
    • Connection and Advance Connection Guides
    • Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

    Cheers!

I'm trying to play split fiction online with the one player version and I'm getting this error code 102-800d0000. It claims connection. I looked further into it and it said I need to pay for an EA subscription and it still won't work. Any idea how to fix this?
