Focused bug report thread

Hi, I'm a PS5 player and my PSN gamertag is "raznarock666". 

I've got some online multiplayer issues with Wild Hearts where my character is called Alucard.

The problem is simple : even if I try to play online, the game tells me the pictures you can see attached to this message. 

It's not related to the gameplay itself, a kemono, a timezone or something else...

I followed steps seen in my TV screen where the game asked me to change my EA password. I did it a lot of times and I checked up settings of the game to enable online multiplayer.

I checked my internet box, my PlayStation OS and the game to see if there is any update to do. But I saw nothing to update. Everything is updated ! And I can confirm my PS Plus is still active.

The bug occurs all the time I try to play online. On the main screen after the title screen or in the settings of the game...

The bug in "Jeu en ligne" on the main screen shows settings and right after that I've got the pop-up with the QR Code to change my password.

When I try to play online by the firecamp, the game shows the other pop-up "Connection to EA servers is impossible".

You can have this bug with a PS5, the physical game and the PS Plus Extra. I've got an ADSL speed with my internet box.

Please help me I want to play online ☹️
