Game code redeemed, download failed no longer in my library

I just purchased this game, redeemed my game code, this was successful. The game went into the EA app as a pending download. There seemed to be network issues and the download failed. Asked me to try...

The crappy EA app finally loaded the game back in after a few hours, so my game is now all good.

Beta software forced on everyone, when Origin worked fine. Good job EA for continuing to make gaming worse for everyone.

Hi @Novocaine88

First to check where did you purchase the game from?

also when you have a moment can we try the following?

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
Connection and Advance Connection Guides
Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
