I am having the same problem on PC. Sound randomly cuts out and then game freezes.
Hi @Dharvana To confirm is it at the same point in Chapter 1?
Also, would it be possible to get the following info?
Client:
EA ID (Gamertag):
Region:
Are you getting an error message?
Is anything else happening?
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA App Error ID
Cheers!

Is it at the same point in Chapter 1? No, it randomly happens at any point while I'm playing. But it only occasionally happens. Usually within 30 mintues to 1 hour of playing.

Are you getting an error message? No
Is anything else happening? No. Sound just stops. I am able to play for about 5 seconds after that. Then the game just freezes. I have had one time where only the sound cut off with no freezing.
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Repair files via EA App. Restart game.
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... I don't have a screenshot. But I do know the game says it is not responding in Task Manager.
If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA AppError ID
DxDiag: I have attached the DxDiag file.
Error Report ID: 6fbf95a8-78b1-4e4e-9823-34e02b2d770bI also wanted to point out that while my computer does not meet all the requirements suggested for the game, I have been able to play just fine with stable fps. I currently play at 1080p and my frame rate tends to stay between 48 and 60 fps on high settings. Changing the game to low settings doesn't really do much. I get like 5 - 10 more fps. For the most part, I have not experienced any lag while playing on high settings. I only had one instance where I lagged for a fraction of a second and that was at the very beginning of the game when walking through the first city. Otherwise, I have had no lag even when fighting many enemies with a lot going on on the screen.

@Dharvana Unfortunately it looks like the system you're playing on is below the minimum specs for the game: https://www.ea.com/games/immortals-of-aveum/immortals-of-aveum/pc-systems-requirements
Things like freezing and crashes are a fairly common effect of the hardware not being able to keep up with the game, even though it may run most of the time.

I understand that those are the system requirements on your website as of now. However, the recommended are for playing at 1440p. You also listed the specs required to play at 1080p on low to medium requirements with a consistent 60fps. However, this is not the same as what is required to play the game at all.
As mentioned in my post, I usually get around 45 - 60 fps on 1080p. Your claim that freezes are common on my system even though it is running fine most of the time does not make sense. If that were the case, the game should not be working well for me at all. The game should lag on me and the resources should be struggling to keep up. But I don't see any lag, high CPU usage, running out of RAM, etc. Plus, the game has not actually crashed on me at all. Freezing is not the same as crashing. The original poster is having the exact same problem as me and they are playing on a console. That is a big red flag that the issue has nothing to do with my PC specifically.
