Game will not launch via Play button on Steam (nothing to do with Origin)

UPDATE - ISSUE IS RESOLVED! I did two things and now it is fixed.   1) in EA App go to Top left 3 lines, click help - App recovery - clear cache. 2) in Steam, right click Wild Hearts, properties, ...

    I bought wild hearts on ea app and do app recovery but still cant launch the game... 

    so basically just click start and then after a sec then back to the ea app...

      Same, try to play it and get sent back to the ea app.
