I've had this exact same thing happen to me! I've completed the game twice no on Immortal Difficulty and still hasn't worked.
I tried uploading save file to cloud storage, deleting it off console. Reinstalling the game and downloading the save file (this has worked for other games) and it still hasn't worked.
I've completed the game 3 times now in 6 days. I'm done

Not sure if it has anything to do with an issue with settings menu as every time I press start and go into settings, it's asking me if I want to revert my settings?

@NonprofitGenie If it keeps happening, reset to default settings and reboot the game. You can also do the following:
- Manage your downloadable content (DLC) on PlayStation
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence

Is this going to be fixed at any point? And I mean fixed as in, I load the game up, the game recognizes I beat it on Immortal, and the trophy just POPS for me. I really don't have time to play the game over again just to fix this.

First your gear disapeared in the last chaptersecond the immortal dificulty trophy does not pop up.
This i s a joke of a game studio every game they made is trash.

Last time i buy a game from EA was not ableto transfer my save file from ps4 to ps5 what bots are working in this company ? how all thier games are soo bad.
