If you have completed this on Xbox or PS, please reply with the following info for us, so we can get this looked into.
- Platform:
- Which console generation do you have?
- What is your Gamertag/PSN ID?
- Date obtained?
- What type of issue do you have?
- Which mode has this happened in?
- Which part of the mode?
- Summarize your bug
- Trophy/Achievement Name?
Not sure if it has anything to do with an issue with settings menu as every time I press start and go into settings, it's asking me if I want to revert my settings?

@NonprofitGenie If it keeps happening, reset to default settings and reboot the game. You can also do the following:
- Manage your downloadable content (DLC) on PlayStation
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
