I completed the game on Immortal difficulty, rolled credits. Never changed the difficulty at all. Game says 99% story progress, but I’m at the epilogue with nothing left to do. The trophy for Grand Magnus didn’t pop, but I got the other 2 for finishing the game on easy and medium. Please help

First your gear disapeared in the last chapter
second the immortal dificulty trophy does not pop up.
This i s a joke of a game studio every game they made is trash.
I playerd this game three times and the trophy does not pop up and im furious.
Last time i buy a game from EA was not able
to transfer my save file from ps4 to ps5 what bots are working in this company ? how all thier games are soo bad.
