I'm having problems where the green crystal at the top of the column is glowing on both sides instead of just 1 and no matter which side I shoot it from to spin it, it will not move at all. It has locked me out of completing it, is there any way to reset it or anything?

EA QV Team@FatNinja85 Thank you for the report! This is an issue we're currently investigating. Do you remember if the two sides of the green crystal were already both glowing when you got to it? Or was there a sequence of actions you took for it to end up that way?
My plaza tower won't spin. I've tried multiple resets, turn of my console and reset that too multiple times.
Facing from the green eyes the red crystal is on the left however the green and blue are of the right which presents the issue of them to being able to reach the other side.
I kept trying to spin it hard enough that the blue and red phased through each other but then the red blocked the blue from moving back, then green cannot do the same because of the small amount of wiggle room before they collide.
Is there any fix to this issue?

Is this going to be fixed? 2nd playthrough and it happened again...
