Help - Glitch Not Allowing Us To Progress (Clockwork Chapter)

In the Clockwork , after the Bull fight, May have to go up with Cody helping moving the two walls from left to right.

But there is some kind of bug so that May always jumps through the wall.

Sometimes she ends up on the backside of the wall, sometime she jumps traight into the pit.

 

 

Is there a fix for it, or can we change some grafic settings to prevent that? We play local on a middelclass pc.

 

My wife and i are devastatet =( we want to continue so badly. Has anyone help for us?
