Guys help the friend version does not work

Hi,

I've been getting this same error for a while now. I'm trying to play "It takes two friend pass" with my friend. We have played before for almost 17 hours and it worked perfectly. Now I keep getting this error. My account is not banned or under investigation. Nor is it underage. Please assist.

Which platform are you playing on? Also to check, is either of you playing from the friend pass version?
