I got my account banned when I only played it takes two no more than 7 hours.

I downloaded it takes two FRIEND PASS on steam, then create a new EA account which is also my first one. My friend had bought the game, and she invited me to play it. I only played a few times, then...

    Hey @eleshen you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

I have sent my email and gotten a reply. I'm so sad for poor result, don't know the reason for my banned account, and can't understand your decision. Anyway, thanks for your reply.

    @EA_Darko Actually you only mentioned USER AGREEMENT and TERMS OF SALE. For the latter, I have only played it takes two friend pass with my friend since I signed up for this account. I never make any purchases, so there is no way I'm breaking the terms of sale. For the former, as is described Section 6, "In case of severe violations, EA may take these actions without issuing a prior warning. Some examples of severe violations include, but are not limited to: promoting, encouraging or engaging in hacking, selling EA accounts or entitlements (including virtual currencies and items) without EA’s permission, extreme harassment, or threatening illegal activities. When practical, EA will notify you of the action it will take in response to violations of these rules or breach of this Agreement." I got my account banned without issuing a prior warning, so I should have done things above, but in fact I did nothing. That's why I can't understand your decision.
