I lost my saved cloud files for It Takes Two..

I was trying to make a new save to play my sister's It Takes Two (She's playing it with her boyfriend and I wanted to play it with others with a new saved file). I didn't want to delete my sister's files so I made a copy of the one she had from %LOCALDATA%/ItTakesTwo and then saved it somewhere else.

Everytime I want to play with my friends, I would create a new saved file, and whenever my sister wants to play it back with her boyfriend I just inserted the copy of her progress to the local data. However, just now, the game wouldn't load any of the saved progress (me and my sister's) so we're back on chapter 1 despite me having the saved files for the local data. I already input the copy of her's in the original place but it still wouldn't load... please someone help me with this... How can the game read the saved files that I have?
