Anyone else’s pre-order bonus’ for Immortals of Aveum not showing up?

I’ve redeemed it as it says and yet doesn’t show up in inventory. Have re-downloaded the game and yet still doesn’t show. 

help?!!

Need to get to Chapter 4 when access to first forge occurs should show up then
