It takes two ----  no response when interacting

This button doesn't work！！！！！ I jumped on it but nothing happens. I tried re-downloading it twice, still doesn't work. ☹️ Can someone help......

    After jumping, press B or Circle while in the air to perform a ground pound. He should hit the ground much harder.
