It Takes Two - Cuckoo Clock Birdcage Area Bug

My wife and I reached the Cuckoo Clock and are stuck on the birdcage area. Some elements that Cody is supposed to be able to reverse time on are not interactible. Additonally, May cannot interact with the gears on the last platform, the scissors are not appearing, and the key is not in the birdcage. This behavior is confirmed on both Windows 10 and Nobara 41.
