It Takes Two - Friend not receiving my invite

Both me and my friend have played this game before on Steam when Origin was still used and we never had an issue. But now that it's using the EA launcher, I am unable to invite him. I own the game an...

I am having these issues as well. Both can open the overlay and send and receive messages, game invites do not come through at all.

On both of our machines we do not have the services that have sorted this issue so far. 

Tempted to just buy through Steam and use their interface, at least it works

@philsdep Unfortunately, even if you get it through Steam you're still gonna be forced to use the EA app when inviting. (Both my friend and I got the game through Steam)
